Job Description

My client is a very well established, thriving business that are keen to recruit a Mortgage and Protection Advisor. Within this position you will provide advice on both Residential and BTL mortgage cases, plus associated protection business.

This is a completely remote/home based position, where you will work with the firms clients via phone, video and on a face to face (on occasion) basis. It is also a Monday to Friday (only) role.

The successful candidate for this position will be a key hire for the company, with the view that in the future you will have the opportunity to become a Team Manager/Leader of a team of Advisor’s. Whilst you will also have the opportunity to own share’s within the business.

The company gain a large number of mortgage and protection based client enquiries each week that will be introduced to you as an Advisor. Several of the businesses client leads are of a HNW nature.

Within this position, key role features include;

• You would provide independent whole of the market mortgage advice and associated protection advice to clients.
• Warm client leads will be regularly provided to you. In turn you are not required to have a client base of your own for this role.
• You will be provided with all of the required and latest technology provisions.
• You will work within a dynamic, growing business. Providing you ample opportunity to develop your career further.

Key candidate attributes:

• Mortgage and protection advising experience within the independent market is essential.
• In turn you must hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills (both English written and verbal).
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• My client is keen to hire a candidate who is very client service focused, ambitious, driven/committed to succeeding, whilst also being a team player.
  
  

The successful candidate will receive a guaranteed first year starting basic salary of circa £50,000. Plus an uncapped commission structure earnt within the role. Leading to a first year annual OTE for experienced Advisor’s of circa £70,000 to £80,000+ and then more year on year thereafter.
